We are only 15 days into the new year and so much has happened. There is a greater need for self-care than we imagined. How are we coping? Taking the time to be still, breath and meditate is what I am choosing to do. Finding peace in the midst of chaos is essential to our mental health. Let's look out for each other and be there to listen and encourage. Just Breath!!!!
